NEW! Be a GOOD SAMARITAN. The Kutztown University Good Samaritan Policy for Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) Offenses takes effect this year. Students who contact university officials for help during an emergency as a result of alcohol or drug use will not be charged with a student conduct policy violation if they successfully complete an appropriate AOD program. The purpose of the policy is to remove barriers that may prevent a student from coming forward during an emergency. For more information please refer to the official policy in the Student Code of Conduct as found in the student handbook, The KEY.
